Nick Thiele — a builder, a dad, a steward.
Nick is a hands-on builder who believes construction is a craft, not a shortcut. He started Next Chapter Home after seeing too many good homes treated like inventory — gutted carelessly, flipped with cheap finishes, stripped of everything that made them feel like home in the first place.
The company's name comes from his sons, Nicholas Jr. and Charlie (NC). It reflects something bigger than a transaction — continuity, legacy, family.
Every home we buy is one Nick would be comfortable handing his own kids the keys to someday. That's the bar.
